Yes you can combine multiple social bookwork accounts such as Twitter and facebook - including You Tube and Skype.
There’s a cool new application called Seesmic (go here – desktop.seesmic.com) which allows you to control both Twitter and Facebook accounts from one application AND post automatically between them. Software has a very simple to use interface and saves ample time on logging in and out of accounts.
