This position offers a lucrative profit sharing incentive scheme in addition to regular incentives and additional Bonuses to reward growth and constant improvement.

This role will suit a sophisticated and articulate communicator who possesses a superior sales drive in addition to strategic and sound commercial judgement to allow you to lead this small business unit as your own domain. Ability to lead & motivate others, superior planning & organisational skills are all essential.
Some of the job duties include: Managing staff, Customer service and sales duties ranging from B2B to End Users, Stock control and ordering, Overseeing and working on improving the presentation and functionality of the Branch, Reporting, Initiating and carrying through certain promotional activities and ensure showroom presentation is maintained on an ongoing basis, Liaising with customers and suppliers, job demands analytical and diagnostic skills, combined with technical dexterity. At least 4 years experience in Hospitality- or Retail Management is a necessity. Areas of growth for store income include but are not limited to: Sales and Hire, B2B and professional End User sales and services, Overseeing Installations and Events, Long Term Hire contracts , etc.
